Keller completed work safely and efficiently indoors through careful coordination with many other concurrent trades.
A planned bank facility within an existing structure included construction of a new bank vault supported on helical piles. The scope included a static load test to verify pile loads.
The installation of large helical piles in limited headroom within a busy and tight construction zone lead to challenges with creating an efficient and safe work space for concurrent trades. In addition, the subsurface was laden with numerous obstructions such as rebar, existing concrete footings, and grade beams.
Through careful coordination and communication, Keller’s accommodating and attentive crews were able to complete the work safely and promptly whilst enabling concurrent trades to continue work. Keller also worked night shifts to accommodate the schedule. This collaborative approach helped to prevent significant delays to the project.
